Teaching Kids and Teens Success through Resiliency

In this Toolbox Learning Series video, Marianne Wamboldt, MD and Scott Cypers, PhD provide parenting tips on how to teach teens to handle life’s transitions while staying resilient. Parents are also given tips on how to mindfully thrive in transitions, stimulate thought about the family’s definition of success and discuss how parenting styles may promote youth resiliency and success.
