Evidenced-based psychotherapies

We offer evidence-based treatments for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders and other psychological problems. Our providers are knowledgeable about treatments that have been scientifically demonstrated to be effective. We use many evidence-based psychotherapies to treat mood and anxiety disorders, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), psychodynamic therapy and psychoanalysis.
